What kind of shoes/material can you paint on?

I can paint on most types of leather, imitation leather, fabric shoes, cotton and denim including hand painted personalised bags. For more detailed artwork, I would recommend plain surfaces without many layers/bumps etc

Can I wash my painted item and wear them in the rain?

Yes, the paints are waterproof so the rain does not affect the item. You can also wash hand painted personalised bags and all other accessories as often as you like with you usual detergents/cleaning products. I would recommend washing by hand rather than using a washing machine.

What is your return policy ?

Unfortunately, custom and personalized items are non-returnable or refundable. The design element however is discussed in detail and digital mock-ups are agreed upon before starting the artwork. Also I always share photos of the final outcome and I can make amendments before posting you the final product if needed.

I need my item by a specific date, can you complete it faster?

If you need your item by a specific date, email me at gitartsy@gmail.com and let me know. I will try to process your order as a priority if it is urgent however there may be a slight extra charge.

How can I place a personalized order?

Simply go to the “Order Request” section on this website and fill in the form. Please read the ‘how to order’ section on the same page before filling in the form. I will get back to you as soon as I can.

How long does it take to complete my personalized items?

After receiving the orders request, I review the design and contact the customer directly with an estimated time of completion as this varies on a number of factors including detail of artwork and customer waiting list.

How much does a custom product cost?

Prices for custom orders depend on the amount of detail required and how much time the artwork will take. This can vary from £100 for a simple design to £2500 for a detailed piece/large canvas for example.

Once I receive your request, I will get in touch with an estimated total price.

Can we send in our own shoes or do you provide them?

Usually customers will order their choice of shoes/product online and they will put my address in for delivery so that the product comes directly to me. Then once painted, I would post the item to you. Items can also be collected from west London if you are local.

Often I do stock some popular shoes e.g Nike AF1s in most sizes so I will let you know if that is an option too.
